1. Relationship to the TimeXtender EULA

This CData Add-On Addendum (“Addendum”) is a supplement to, and forms an integral part of, the TimeXtender End User License Agreement (“EULA”) entered into between TimeXtender A/S (“TimeXtender”) and the customer (“the customer”).
By: accessing, enabling, or continuing to use

the CData Add-Ons (as defined below), Customer confirms that it has accepted the TimeXtender EULA, and agrees that this Addendum is incorporated by reference into the EULA as if fully set out therein.
If Customer does not accept the EULA and this Addendum, Customer must not access or use the CData Add-Ons.
In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the EULA, this Addendum shall prevail solely with respect to the CData Add-Ons.

2. Scope and Definitions

For purposes of this Addendum: “CData Add-Ons” means third-party data connectivity components provided by CData Software, Inc., made available for use solely as embedded functionality within the TimeXtender software platform (“Software”). “Software” has the meaning set out in the EULA.

The CData Add-Ons are optional, are not part of the core Software, and are licensed separately under this Addendum.

3. License Grant

Subject to Customer’s continued compliance with: the EULA, this Addendum, and payment of applicable fees,

TimeXtender grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, time-limited license to use the CData Add-Ons solely: as integrated within the Software, and for Customer’s internal business purposes.

No rights are granted outside the scope expressly stated in this Addendum and the EULA.

4. Fees and Charging Model

4.1 Charging Commencement

Effective 5 March 2026, use of the CData Add-Ons is subject to a separate add-on subscription fee.

4.2 Pricing

Customer will be charged: 250 USD/EUR/GBP (currency follows the billing for the core Software) per month for Unlimited usage of all available CData Add-Ons during the applicable subscription term.

All fees under this Addendum are in addition to fees payable under the EULA for the core Software.

4.3 Acceptance by Continued Use

Customer’s continued use of the CData Add-Ons on or after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of this Addendum, the applicable fees, and the TimeXtender EULA.

5. Third-Party Terms (CData)

Customer acknowledges that the CData Add-Ons are provided by a third party and are subject to usage restrictions substantially similar to those set out in the CData End User License Agreement, currently available at:

Customer agrees to comply with such restrictions as a condition of using the CData Add-Ons.

6. No Warranty; Third-Party Disclaimer

The CData Add-Ons are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law: All warranties relating to the CData Add-Ons are disclaimed TimeXtender assumes no liability for third-party software, data sources, or services Any claims relating to the CData Add-Ons are governed by the limitations of liability set out in the EULA

7. Suspension and Termination

TimeXtender may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to the CData Add-Ons if: applicable fees are not paid when due, or Customer breaches this Addendum, the EULA, or applicable third-party restrictions

Upon termination, Customer must immediately cease all use of the CData Add-Ons.

8. Governing Terms

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum: the EULA remains in full force and effect, and all capitalised terms not defined in this Addendum have the meanings set out in the EULA.
