Symptoms:
Deploying an Oracle table results an error message.
Error message:
Error during execution of package for SSIS Package: <TableName>
SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80040E14.
An OLE DB record is available. Source: "OraOLEDB" Hresult: 0x80040E14 Description: "ORA-01861: literal does not match format string".
An OLE DB record is available. Source: "OraOLEDB" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "ORA-01861: literal does not match format string".
Data Source OPD failed the pre-execute phase and returned error code 0xC0202009.
Cannot retrieve the column code page info from the OLE DB provider. If the component supports the "DefaultCodePage" property, the code page from that property will be used. Change the value of the property if the current string code page values are incorrect. If the component does not support the property, the code page from the component's locale ID will be used.
The external columns for Data Source OPD are out of synchronization with the data source columns. The external column "<ColumnName>" needs to be updated.

Underlying Cause:
Unknown at this time. We have not completed troubleshooting this problem.
Solution:
Deleting the table in TimeXtender, running the SQL Server Cleanup tool, then re-adding the table has previously been shown to resolve the issue. However, if you can’t delete the table or would like to help us in troubleshoot this issue, please submit a new support ticket and we will assist you right away.
