Symptoms:

Reading objects from an Oracle data source results in an error message, but Test Connection to the Oracle data source works.

Error Message:

'No suitable Oracle driver installed'

Underlying Problem:

There are two potential causes for this issue.  One is that Oracle Data Provider may be a different bit version than TimeXtender.  The other potential cause is an SSIS conflict. 

Solution:

Ensure that Oracle Data Provider is the correct bit version.  If there is no bit version conflict, disable SSIS for the connection.  If SSIS is required for the connection, please submit a new support ticket.
