Upgrade Recommendations: Phasing Out Support for Versions Prior to 20.10

TimeXtender versions prior to 20.10 (i.e. 17.11.2-20.5.10) will reach end of support on January 1, 2024. The impacts of ending support are described below.

Impact in 2023

  • Versions prior to 20.10 are no longer available for download. Contact support if you have a specific need for a previous version installer.

Impact in 2024

  • From January 1, 2024, all pre-20.10 licenses will still activate, however no support services will be available for these versions. This implies that if a potential bug is found in a pre-20.10 version, users will first have to upgrade to 20.10 and reproduce the bug before being eligible for support services. In the case that you are unable open an existing project in a pre-20.10 version, please contact support@timextender.com
  • Versions prior to 20.10 are no longer available for download. Contact support if you have a specific need for a previous version installer.
